A family business founded in 2000, Ashlar provides competitively-priced, high-quality rental properties in the South East of England and is now expanding into the residential property development market through Ashlar Property Development. Concentrating initially on the South Wales region, it aims to provide exclusive, high quality homes in excellent locations. Within the next 5 years Ashlar intend to have a three-pronged approach to developing the business. We anticipate building a portfolio of over 30 rental homes with at least 15 development projects successfully sold on.
