About Ashlar
Ashlar Property Development is a trading name of Ashlar Property Management Ltd. A family business founded in 2000, Ashlar provides competitively-priced, high-quality rental properties in the South East of England and is now expanding into the residential property development market through Ashlar Property Development. Concentrating initially on the South Wales region, it aims to provide exclusive, high quality homes in excellent locations. Within the next 5 years Ashlar intend to have a three-pronged approach to developing the business. We anticipate building a portfolio of over 30 rental homes with at least 15 development projects successfully sold on. We will also look to focus on purchasing building plots on the Gower Coast and designing and building bespoke, environmentally-friendly homes.
Currently our portfolio includes homes located at Oakley and Basingstoke in Hampshire, Wokingham in Berkshire and Sketty, Swansea in Glamorgan.
Ashlar Board
David Jones is the Chairman and CEO at Ashlar. With a background in management, David has headed up a number of large organisations, primarily within the technologies industry and has held several non-executive directorships in listed companies. David is responsible for the overall management of Ashlar including financial and contractual matters.
Sales and Marketing Director Samantha Jones is in charge of acquisitions, developments and marketing. Samantha also manages the portfolio of rental accommodation and deals directly with Ashlar tenants and other clients. After a successful 9 years working with the BMW Group, Samantha is now involved full time in the development of Ashlar Developement.
Director of Operations Gillian Jones brings years of organisational experience from a variety of positions held within the voluntary sector to provide support to all areas of the business.
